impact report: hr impact day 2021
During the COVID 19 pandemic, non-profits of all types played an important role in providing critical services for communities. HR Impact Day engaged a wide range of people from non-profits and business sectors in a virtual session. Volunteers from business sectors brought new perspectives to approach capacity challenges for non-profits and left with broadened understanding of the non-profit sector. HandsOn Twin Cities was inspired by the innovative thought process and networks created during the event, which ultimately helps create a stronger community.

“We created a list of ways to recognize and reward employees. We also discussed what steps Leadership will need to take in order to roll out this new program.”
